When looking for trades, the first step is to register your details and create an account. If you’re already registered as a trade you can use your account to post a job, simple!
Shiftconnect matches your job with appropriate trades notifying them of your job.
You receive a notification of available, relevant applicants. You are then able to make contact with them directly. It’s that simple!
Once you have your account set up, create your advert, this will be valid for 30 days. Please ensure that location, skills /trades required and start dates are included plus any other requirements.
Shiftconnect will then match your needs with trades on our database who are in your catchment area and have the skills required.
Any relevant, available applicants details will be sent to you and you will be able to contact them directly.
The Shiftconnect team has direct experience in the construction market. Create your account and add relevant information, what your trade is and where you are willing to work. You have the option to state what experience you have and what cards/ insurance you hold all completely optional but the more you say about yourself the greater the chance of getting work.
Include your email and mobile number for instant alerts, you will also be taken to payment details at this point, all held securely.
When someone places a job that matches your details you will receive an alert by email/sms or WhatsApp, click on the link in the message.
If you like the look of the job you can apply and in turn whoever posted the job can contact you if they wish.
Here at Shiftconnect we know that construction can be up or down and change very quickly, our aim is to help tradespeople keep working and maximise their earnings and generally make it easier to post and receive jobs without paying a fortune for it, we take nothing from your agreed price or day rate, all we charge is a flat monthly subscription of £5 to help keep you as busy as you want to be.
